Michael Rubenstein
Publisher
Michael Rubenstein has been Editor of the monthly Industrial Relations Law Reports since it was started in 1972 and Co-editor of Equal Opportunities Review since its inception in 1985. In October 2007, his company acquired EOR and he became its publisher.

Sue Johnstone
Editor
Sue Johnstone has been involved in writing, researching and lecturing on employment law for 26 years, specialising in discrimination law and practice for the past 10 years. She became editor of EOR in 2001, after 15 years as a principal lecturer in law. Prior to that, Sue was a Research Officer for IRS's Industrial Relations Legal Information Bulletin. She also sits regularly as an employment tribunal member.

Kate Godwin
Research Officer
Kate has been a researcher/writer on Equal Opportunities Review since 2001. Prior to that she was employed by IRS with specific responsibility for monitoring employment and pay in the public sector. Her particular interests are equal pay and the position of women and ethnic minorities in the labour market.

Carol Foster
Reasearch Officer
Carol has over 25 years' experience of researching and writing on equal opportunities and diversity issues. Prior to joining Equal Opportunities Review, Carol worked for the Equal Opportunities Commission for 15 years, where she acquired an in-depth knowledge of gender equality and related multi-discrimination issues. As well as working for EOR for the past 10 years, she has contributed to other diversity research projects and publications. Carol has an MA in Applied Social and Market Research.

Lorena Sutherland
Chief Executive
Lorena has 20 years' experience in professional publishing, including working for both LexisNexis, the UK Legal Division of Reed Elsevier plc, one of the world's leading publishing and information companies, and Consult Gee, specialists in employment law and practice. She established and ran a successful publishing consultancy, Arahi, before helping set up and run Michael Rubenstein Publishing.

Dominicque Eberhard
Administrator
Dominicque joined Michael Rubenstein Publishing in October 2007 and is the first line of support for most customers who contact the company. She has previously worked in customer service roles in both the insurance and banking sectors. Dominicque recently graduated from Chelsea College of Art and Design with a BA in Fine Arts.

Marketing Manager
Lorna has joined Michael Rubenstein Publishing with more than 10 years marketing experience, predominantly in professional publishing. She has extensive experience of marketing online products and books having spent over 7 years at the law publisher, LexisNexis.
